Cafform Limited Warranty

Covered for 2 years from the date your machine is delivered.

What it covers: pump failure, boiler and heating element defects, electrical component defects, and manufacturing faults.

What it does not cover: limescale or scale damage caused by hard water or inadequate maintenance; normal wear and tear; commercial use of a machine sold for domestic use where that use caused or contributed to the failure; damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow operating instructions; damage or defects caused by an improper repair, modification, part, or service not provided by Cafform; and consumable parts that have reached the end of their normal service life, including gaskets, filters, and shower screens.

The fact that a machine has been repaired, serviced, or fitted with a part by someone other than Cafform does not by itself cancel this warranty. However, this warranty does not cover damage or a defect caused by an improper third-party repair, modification, part, or service.

To make a claim, email support@cafform.com with your order number and a description of the fault. We will review the claim, provide instructions, and, where a return is required, arrange return shipping at our cost.

For a covered claim, Cafform may provide repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate and as required by applicable law.

This warranty is provided by ELKADRI & CO LTD, trading as Cafform, and is additional to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

SCA-certified brewing with thermal or glass carafe options

The Bonavita Enthusiast is designed to brew within the Specialty Coffee Association's recommended temperature range. Its removable water tank, showerhead and optional pre-infusion mode support even saturation and consistent extraction.

How it works

A 1500W heater brings water to the 195°F–205°F brewing range. Optional pre-infusion wets the grounds before the main brew cycle, while the flat-bottom filter basket and showerhead help distribute water evenly. The brewer makes up to 8 cups (1.2L) in approximately six minutes.

Carafe options

  • Stainless Thermal: stainless steel-lined insulated carafe with a brew-through lid for heat retention without a warming plate.
  • Glass: tempered glass carafe paired with a heated plate to help keep brewed coffee warm.

Who it suits

A good fit if you want an SCA-certified drip brewer for full-carafe brewing and prefer a choice between an insulated thermal carafe and a glass carafe with a heated plate.

Consider another machine if you want espresso, an integrated grinder or single-serve capsule brewing.
