Cafform Limited Warranty
Covered for 2 years from the date your machine is delivered.
What it covers: pump failure, boiler and heating element defects, electrical component defects, and manufacturing faults.
What it does not cover: limescale or scale damage caused by hard water or inadequate maintenance; normal wear and tear; commercial use of a machine sold for domestic use where that use caused or contributed to the failure; damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow operating instructions; damage or defects caused by an improper repair, modification, part, or service not provided by Cafform; and consumable parts that have reached the end of their normal service life, including gaskets, filters, and shower screens.
The fact that a machine has been repaired, serviced, or fitted with a part by someone other than Cafform does not by itself cancel this warranty. However, this warranty does not cover damage or a defect caused by an improper third-party repair, modification, part, or service.
To make a claim, email support@cafform.com with your order number and a description of the fault. We will review the claim, provide instructions, and, where a return is required, arrange return shipping at our cost.
For a covered claim, Cafform may provide repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate and as required by applicable law.
This warranty is provided by ELKADRI & CO LTD, trading as Cafform, and is additional to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

The Pixie exists for kitchens where counter space is the binding constraint. It heats only the water each drink requires rather than keeping a tank hot, which is why it is ready quickly and why it is this small.
How it works
A thermoblock system brings water to temperature on demand, heating just the volume for the drink you selected instead of maintaining a reservoir. Pressure is delivered at 19 bar. Capsules go in, the used one drops into the container, and there is nothing to grind, dose or clean.

Who it suits
A good fit if space is genuinely tight, you want espresso in under a minute from cold, and you are happy with the capsule system.
Consider another machine if you want a full mug of coffee rather than espresso, or you want to use your own beans.

Free standard shipping is available with no minimum order to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC, and Canada. Handling takes 1 to 2 business days. Estimated transit is 1 to 5 business days within the contiguous United States and Washington, DC, and 3 to 7 business days to Canada. Tracking is provided on every order. Eligible returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, with a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to the customer and no restocking fee.
