Profitec GO — single-boiler espresso machine with PID and shot timer
Cafform Limited Warranty
Covered for 2 years from the date your machine is delivered.
What it covers: pump failure, boiler and heating element defects, electrical component defects, and manufacturing faults.
What it does not cover: limescale or scale damage caused by hard water or inadequate maintenance; normal wear and tear; commercial use of a machine sold for domestic use where that use caused or contributed to the failure; damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow operating instructions; damage or defects caused by an improper repair, modification, part, or service not provided by Cafform; and consumable parts that have reached the end of their normal service life, including gaskets, filters, and shower screens.
The fact that a machine has been repaired, serviced, or fitted with a part by someone other than Cafform does not by itself cancel this warranty. However, this warranty does not cover damage or a defect caused by an improper third-party repair, modification, part, or service.
To make a claim, email support@cafform.com with your order number and a description of the fault. We will review the claim, provide instructions, and, where a return is required, arrange return shipping at our cost.
For a covered claim, Cafform may provide repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate and as required by applicable law.
This warranty is provided by ELKADRI & CO LTD, trading as Cafform, and is additional to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

Dial the temperature to the degree, in a machine that fits under a cabinet
Temperature control at this level usually arrives inside a much larger box. The GO puts a PID and a saturated group into a compact reservoir-fed machine, which matters if your counter has a cabinet above it and you have already measured the gap.
How it works
The PID holds brew temperature at whatever you set rather than letting a thermostat swing around it, so a light roast and a dark roast can each get the temperature they want. The saturated group keeps brass in contact with boiler water so the first shot of the day behaves like the third. A shot timer runs on the display. Single boiler, so brewing and steaming happen in sequence, roughly thirty seconds apart.

Who it suits
A good fit if you drink mostly espresso, you want repeatable temperature without a dual-boiler footprint, and you would rather adjust one variable properly than have eight you never touch.
Consider another machine if milk drinks are the main event in your house — the wait between brewing and steaming will annoy you daily — or you want a plumbed connection rather than a tank to fill.
